The Nippon people reportedly dislike the word crossword game that Asian people often play, especially Indonesia. Instead, they created the Number Cross Puzzle game called Sudoku.
At first glance, this SuDoKu is almost the same as the Cross Puzzle (Indonesian Game), which is to fill in empty cells. For readers who have never played Sudoku, hopefully, this Sudoku game guide and trick can be useful.
Rules of Sudoku game
If we look at the diagram above, the SuDoKu game sheet consists of:
- Nine columns: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and I
- Nine lines: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9
- Nine small squares: i, ii, iii, iv, v, vi, vii, viii and ix

Sudoku Playing Technique
The key is if we want to fill in a number, then we must be careful to see the same number in the column/row/small box next to it.
Other tips, first look at what numbers appear the most on the sheet. That number is what we will “aim for” the first time to be filled.
If you notice, number 4 appears in 6 small boxes. Now we will fill in number 4 in a small green box
The red arrow indicates that number 4 will not appear in row 9 or in column C. Then we can enter number 4 in cell A8
Then we proceed to the next little box:
The red arrow indicates that number 4 will not appear in row 9 or in columns G and I. Then we can enter number 4 in cell H7.
